Calling Canadian short filmmakers! CBC’s Short Film Face Off is back and accepting submissions from across the country. We’re looking for comedies and dramas under 12 minutes in length to be broadcast in primetime on CBC Television. The winning director, as chosen by audience voting, receives a prize consisting of cash and production services from the program’s prize sponsors for their next short film! Selected directors are flown to Halifax to appear on the show. Deadline: March 30 at 5 p.m. local time.
